Payment Method A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking via credit card or direct deposit. (Credit card payments incur extra 1.5% surcharge).

Booking confirmation: We will email confirmation of booking and all other details once deposit has been confirmed.

Terms and Conditions of bookings, cancellations and transfers

It is your responsibility to read this material prior to booking.

As we provide an exclusive, private practitioner facilitated retreat for either one or two guests only at a time at the health retreat, we have a high demand, and often cannot accommodate enquiries due to being booked out. Hence, we can only confirm dates with you once a deposit has been made. In light of this, the following conditions also apply to ensure that we can provide our services to as many bona fide clients seeking deep transformation and healing.

• The deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another date should your time availability change, if you notify us no less than 3 weeks to your booked commencement date.
• Any changes or cancellation of booking within 3 weeks prior to your retreat start date will result in loss of full deposit.
• Any change of date transfer of deposit outside of the 3 week period must be made to a date no less than 6 months of the original booked date.
• Full payment as per the payment total is due upon completion, including in circumstances where for any unforseeable reasons you need to return home eariler than the set retreat date completion
